Match Verdict
A dominant first-half showing built on Philip Milsom's two goals — either side of a string of Matthew Joyce saves at the other end — put Town in firm control long before the break. St Michaels rarely threatened, with Town's defence calmly dealing with everything thrown at them.
Ivan Otono's well-taken third moments after the restart made the points safe, and the introduction of Berkeley, Connolly and Onwusiri from the bench kept Town fresh as the game wore on.
A scrappy late Milsom own goal was the only blemish on an otherwise routine afternoon, and stoppage-time substitute Nelson Onwusiri put a flattering gloss on the scoreline with a fine finish from a Jake Eastham assist to make it 4-1.
