Match Verdict
Bollington Town’s second-half display at Garswood was the stuff of football folklore. Written off after conceding twice and losing Beau Gatward to a red card, they came out after the break and completely dominated a full-strength opposition with ten men.
Zak Mousa was magnificent — his missed chance only made his equaliser sweeter, a driven finish that sparked the comeback. Philip Milsom was equally impressive, his header giving Town a lead they never relinquished.
But the night belonged to Ally Harrison-Virani, rightly named man of the match. His free kick in the 87th minute was a moment of pure class — the perfect ending to an extraordinary afternoon.
